The Compliance and Risk functions have been given due recognition arising out of spread of geographical boundaries in which commodities business has to operate. We?ve created specialized personnel within these functions and made education and training on compliance and risk issues a top priority. We have also strengthened the governance structures that determine how compliance and risk issues must be managed at all levels.
